Sabrina got her job cause she has a specific extrasensory powers. Her thin body contains more energy than a nuclear reactor and can convert it into different forms, from fiery explosions to laser beams. There's only one problem - Sabrina can't just unleash it at will; her mind has a sort of hypnotically integrated protection system. Without it she still can't control her might, but sometimes really need to do so - like on pic, where she's surrounded by training robots. To break the seal for a short time her mind need to concentrate on something really hard - and tickling is the best way to achieve it. Sabrina uses special device in her clothes that creates lots of tiny arms that immediately begin tickling nearest bare skin. That's why she was chosen as The Matter's enemy - only Trigger can withstand catgirl's chemical tricks and strike back.

Several times Sabrina defeated other supervillain girls by tightly hugging them and activating her tickle system - it automatically attacks her enemies instead of her.
